I visited a the Leuven University in Belgium for 3 months, I have met a PhD student of Indian descent. There are also a lot of Nepalese in the city, mostly running the Night Stores. I do agree with the stereotype that Belgian people are rather closed towards foreigners, supposedly in the beginning. read more
