I spend 60 seconds scrubbing and x seconds waiting for the alcohol to dry off as per the manufacturers guidelines (I use high alcohol content surgical scrub). For the lower strength alcohol scrub 3 mins is required. For chlorhexidine or iodine based scrubs five minute initial scrub is recommended in the morning and 3 minutes every time after that. read more
