Biceps and triceps are small muscle groups and they recover quickly. Unless your arms are hurting, one day rest is enough. I may note that bigger muscle groups like legs and back require longer rest. read more
When you work your biceps, your triceps stabilize the movement, which fatigues them. Likewise, when you work your triceps, your biceps stabilize them and get fatigued. In order to exercise each muscle its prime, I exercise the triceps and biceps on different days. read more
I usually wait 96 hours after chest&back to train arms. Then I wait 72 hours after arms to workout chest&back. read more
