What exactly do you mean by “recovers”? Do you mean that it goes back to its peak in the 1950s? That can happen, but it will take a very long time. read more

The taxes are prohibitive, jobs are declining (Kodak and Xerox) and the weather sucks. This is coming from a lifelong Western New Yorker (Rochester area) who left 3 years ago and is not looking back. read more
