[En español] Missouri Update: On 2/6/2017 Missouri became the 28th state to pass a Right to Work law. The law has not gone into effect because on 8/18/2017 unions submitted sufficient signatures to put repeal of the law on the ballot in 2018. read more

Right-to-work provisions (either by law or by constitutional provision) exist in 28 U.S. states, mostly in the southern and western United States, but also including the Midwestern states of Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin. read more
