I presume you are asking about entering UCLA as a freshman. UCLA is a “4-year” school. anyone can finish in 4 years, but some slack off. MS is typically another 1.5–2 years, while a PhD used to avg 5.5 years, but some do it in 3 or less years (not easy). I spent 14 years all told for my 3 degrees. read more
