Looking at NCBI's genome database (Genome List), camels have their entire genome sequenced but there's nothing for llamas. So there won't be an exact answer. I checked humans and macaques, which diverged 25 million years ago and share 93% of their DNA, so probably llamas and camels share about 93% as well. read more
