Even without doing that, if I were to offer them the present value of Disneyland's future cash flows, I can guarantee that they would gladly rent it to me for a day. They made $2.2B on all theme parks last year, so a $500m perpetuity at 5% discount rate ($10Bn) would assuredly buy me the rental, but they'd probably do it for quite a bit less. read more
