How much light for clones?

The light cycle for clones should be 18 hours on, 6 hours off. I get this question frequently, so I decided to set up an experiment, to demonstrate. I cut a tray of clones, and started them inside the clone dome, (with my usual technique) but this time I put them near a 4 bulb, florescent T5 light fixture. read more

yeah man.clones does not need a lot of light.they do even fine if they are on a window-sill.i usually try to keep my cfl-s on 24h, but as said before-its all up to you.i wouldnt recommend going straight to 12-12.let them grow a bit-then youl get later on more bud as well. read more
