Not much, probably they make a small loss on the hamburger. They know that 99% of the people don't just order a $ 1 hamburger. Most of McDonald's customers order a large coke, fries and probably a dessert. A large coke won't cost McDonalds more the a few cents while it is been sold for a few bucks: there is the profit. read more
