Well Indian restaurant food in America is pretty much just like the Indian food in Indian restaurants in India. And I'm not taking about the fancy kind, just the plain regular everyday restaurants. Indian food made at an Indian home in India is what I call the real deal. Besides all restaurants just use MSG to enhance their foods anyway. read more
