How to animate cartoons?

Create a new layer for the character. Then, import the character, drawn in Illustrator CC, from the CC Libraries panel. Play your animation back as you add and alter more and more frames. To slow your animation down, either duplicate each frame without altering any elements, or reduce the number of frames seen per second. To speed it up, add the number of frames seen per second. read more

Sign in and click the orange Make video button. Select a pre-loaded theme: “Business-friendly”, “Whiteboard Animation” or “Business as Visual”.
