Hi - I'm not sure whether you want to book hostals/hotels or beds in the private albergues along the Camino Frances. Perhaps it is best not to plan to much in advance and just start walking to see what distances you are comfortable with. read more

Private hostels, hotels you can book ahead Albergues you can't book - first come, first to get a bed Off-peak, you should be fine. Just arrive. Peak time on CdF gets busy. People start very early to be sure of getting a bed, get very stressy HOWEVER the consensus on the forum board was that 'the camino will provide'. read more
