How to get rid of addiction to the Internet and mobile games?

What I did to help get rid of my addiction was that I simply deleted every game app I had on my phone. I also enabled restrictions and disabled the use of Safari (I assume the same can be done on any other phone) until I could trust myself to not overuse it. read more
