Very viable. Especially for cutting out 10 minute walks, like to the train station or the free car park! I used to skate around London to get around, I started on an 80's cruiser, never did ollies (you didn't need to because almost all London footpaths are wheel-accessible at every corner, you city may differ). read more

The most viable transportation is the one that gets you there in the fastest, safest, most comfortable and energy efficient way possible. Taking a train across Canada is not most viable owing to the long distance. But if you want to enjoy scenery but don't want to drive or are afraid of flying, then ok, the train actually became most viable. read more
