I haven't seen any Star Wars movies. Where should I begin?

I would also recommend not starting with Rogue One because it is WAY too different from the main films to be a good gateway into the story (it's the gritty war story heist movie in a collection of SciFi Fantasy Action Space Operas). Rogue One, Star Wars : A New Hope, Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Watch these at least twice to see if you crave more. If so then watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens and then Star Wars: The Last Jedi. read more

I saw STAR WARS (back when it was called STAR WARS) on May 25, 1977 when I was 10 years old, and it is the best place to begin. I would also throw CLONE WARS into the mix (I believe it's still on Netflix, FWIW), after watching the prequels. read more
