Not necessarily. I'm intolerant to oranges. I used to love them but I had serious stomach problems. I was put on an exclusion diet and had to give oranges up for a week. There is a book called Food allergies and Food Intolerance. One of the things that it indicates is that is the "family" classification is the most likely area to indicate cross allergens. So with oranges (which I'm also allergic to) you are most likely allergic to most citrus- oranges, tangerines (not specifically listed), lemons, limes, grapefruit. read more
