No, you cannot check your card balance online.To check your card balance you have following option: 1.Visit any station and show your card on the Ticket Reader installed near Customer Card/EFO. 2.Show your card at AVM (Add Value Machines) installed at selected metro stations by touching Inquiry button on AVM Screen. read more
