So I feel an eagle could dive attack any other bird, including hawks. A hawk might be able to do that to an eagle but would very likely be able to chase an eagle away if it is going from a standing start. read more

It depends on the circumstances, but in general I suspect that the smaller, more agile hawk will “win,” in the sense of driving the eagle away, somewhat like we are driven away by a cloud of mosquitoes. read more
