The Grand Prix is more of a cruiser, and is larger, more comfortable, and with the exception of the 3.8 equipped car, a tad bit slower. The engines are NOT the same between the two! The grand am got the 3.4 v6, while the grand prix got the 3.1 or the 3.8 v6, with no 4 cyl option I know of. read more
