Is Allah the only real God?

In the pre-Islamic time, Allah had three daughters, Al-At, Al-Uzza, and Al-Manat. In Muhammad's campaign against polytheism he chose Allah as the one true God and rejected the notion that Allah could have any daughters or sons.
