So this is a ridiculous question. For Argentina to be considered Latin American, first, it would have to be in Latin America. Second, it would need to have been a colony of a Latin country such as Spain, Italy or France. And third, it would need to speak a Latin language (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, etc.). read more
