Nicest, no. That would be Oakwood, that's where the money lives but Beavercreek is nice. Hippest, couldn't tell ya, moved away about 10 years ago. They started a construction project on I-75 that required them to shut down the ghetto and displace the people, HUD dropped them in the nice neighborhoods. read more
