Natural honeycomb is obviously made from beeswax. However bees need to consume 8 to 10 pounds of honey to manufacture 1 pound of beeswax so most beekeepers return used comb that has been uncapped and the honey extracted to the hive and the bees will refill and recap the combs. read more
