Blue Bonnet is a margarine which isn't butter. It's a butter substitute from oils and animal fats. Real butter is made from cream from animals. Its actually really easy to make yourself. Just put a high fat cream like heavy or whipping cream and place it into a jar. A baby food jar or a small mason jar works perfectly. read more
