Blue Bonnet is a margarine which isn't butter. It's a butter substitute from oils and animal fats. Real butter is made from cream from animals. Its actually really easy to make yourself. Just put a high fat cream like heavy or whipping cream and place it into a jar. A baby food jar or a small mason jar works perfectly. read more
Sorry if it seems silly, but Blue Bonnet states it tastes and bakes like real butter, but healthier. Thought I'd ask if anyone here uses one over the other and if there is or not a preference. Thank you for your guidance. read more
