You can create HIPAA related DLP policies in Office 365 >> Exchange Admin Center >> Compliance Management >> Data Loss Prevention >> Click on “+” >> Choose ‘New DLP policy from template’ >> Scroll and Choose “U.S. Health Insurance Act (HIPAA)” under ‘Choose a template’ pane. read more
