Not transferable per se but if the celiac has been consuming gluten it’s likely their blood will contain the antibodies that cause the disease. It’s possible that those antibodies could cause celiac-like problems for the recipient of the blood, though it would be a one time thing and would not persist after the donated blood eventually leaves the recipient’s system. read more
