To be honest it really depends on what your criterion of what you mean by 'friendly'. There are 2 universities in Cork, so access to a quality hiring pool is available. Office space rental & salaries would be lower than in Dublin. The most obvious down point for Cork would be the lack of connections from its airport (compared with Dublin). read more
