Is Deadpool evil?

In my opinion, no. While Deadpool may be overwhelmingly immoral in the eyes of some, he is not inherently malevolent. Currently in the comics, he is trying hard to be a force for good. While he is still a hired merc, he only takes jobs that he thinks will do some good in the world. read more

In his movie, he is overall neither good or evil, as he has motivation only to save his girlfriend, not to be some law enforcer or superhero. Overall, Deadpool may not be a superhero, but he is certainly no villain. read more

So Evil Deadpool kidnaps a Police officer's kids and keeps them hostage while blaming it on Deadpool. Deadpool eventually finds Evil Deadpool and fight. Evil Deadpool gets the upper hand by using a teleporter and eventually teleporting into a room where the hostage kids are while Deadpool is planting Semtex on the door to the room. read more
