Depends on what they have influenced. In terms of a social movement, I believe Kendrick Lamar is by far the most influential Hip Hop artist of the past decade. In terms of shaping the Hip Hop genre then I believe artists such as Big Sean (Hash tag rhymes) Migos (Southern flow) and not to forget T-Pain still with the wide use of "auto-tune". read more
