As a European who has driven extensively in the US and in many European countries I would have no hesitation in saying that driving is easier in America. It's a large, modern country with planned roads and generally law abiding drivers. Europe's towns and cities are thousands of years old and are more suited to horses. read more

In America, the tests are more difficult in states with more urban areas. The more traffic or smaller,crowded roads you encounter, the better you have to be able to drive. In more rural states it's much more relaxed, from my understanding. read more
