Is 'Frontiers in Computational Neuroscience' a good journal?

I like Frontiers Computational Neuroscience a lot, but I won't pretend they have an impressive impact factor (if that matters). Some people don't like the Frontiers apparatus in general, but in my opinion they do publish good papers in neuroscience (I don't know about their other subfields). read more
