No.. and yes. Latin America refers to the group of countries below Mexico and above south America for the most part . Although you'll see Haiti listed as part of Latin America it's really considered carribean. You'll also see countries in south America listed as thus but ask an Argentinean our Brazilian they'll say no. read more
