Doctors need chemistry. Nurses need math and computers. I guess this suggests that the doctor does the experiments, but the nurse tells us what it all means. There could be some profound truth in there, but I doubt the USDOL knows what it is. Doctors need administration and management skills. Nurses don’t. read more
Both are highly trained and respected medical professionals, both are great jobs, it's not objectively "better" to be either a doctor or a nurse, it depends on what would better fit into your life. read more
Some of the reasons for that were that I liked the schedules better, schooling takes less time, it's easier to get into the schools and I'm not willing to give up my family life or marriage for a career as a doctor. read more
