It's possible that Columbia might be a better experience. As to curriculum, if you are undecided about your career and you want to experience or dabble in business with engineering, the Columbia business environment may give Columbia a slight edge. I didn't go to Columbia or Cornell, but I did go to a big school, UC Berkeley. read more

I would definitely recommend Cornell! As far as engineering reputation, especially for computer engineering, Cornell is much better. I don't know anything about career services at Columbia, but at Cornell, engineering career services is awesome. Almost any company you can think of comes to recruit at cornell (as well as smaller companies). read more
