During the week you have a much older crowd, things are much slower etc. Once Thursday hits all the older folks from middle america who think Vegas is busy during the week go home and the fun begins. Its like night and day how slow midweek is compared to a weekend. read more

A lot of people come to Las Vegas to party, so it's not strictly reserved for the weekends. Plus, being a 24/7 town, locals work all kinds of schedules here, so there are lots of places that have cool happy hours or locals nights during the weekdays.
