Okay, it's not the hamburger that is bad, it's the cheeseburger, the double cheeseburger, the Big Mac, the Thickburger (from Hardee's), etc, that is bad!! The hamburger itself is GREAT protein! Although, it may not be the absolute best choice, with your workout schedule and the fact that you eat healthy at home, it sounds like an okay plan to me. read more
