Is it possible to clean rivers in India, especially the Ganga?

Ok so here it goes. Ganga cannot be cleaned not now not in future. Period. Harsh but true. The thing is, no river can be cleaned untill and unless its tributaries and distributries are also cleaned simultaneously. read more

TL;DR It is very much possible to clean up River Ganga if shown the proper perseverance. In my opinion the main reason for the failure of the Ganga Action Plan (or all other plans) is lack of accountability. read more
