A squid in a tank will constantly bump into the walls, or possibly go flying out of the tank—unless you build a very large round or oval tank, so that the squid can swim in circles without hitting the walls. read more

Squid make terrible pets. They're fussy marine animals that are highly intelligent and have a very short lifespan, on the order of a year or two.
