Kidney cancer is not very popular, being only 3% of all cancers so having an unrelated cancer to it is not very common. I have read in some of the posts here that woman who had brest cancer have developed unrelated kidney cancer at the same time or years later. read more
Its not only possible, but extremely common. There's not only the risk of the cancer spreading (i.e. skin cancer becoming leukemia), but additionally if someone is exposed to a toxin that causes cancer (like smoking), they can get multiple forms of cancer simultaneously (Lung cancer, throat cancer, etc). read more
