Nope, definitely not too late and never is. Started at 20 myself, 22 now, went straight to digital art with no art background so pretty much starting from 0 after switching from business/software engineering. read more

There's a book called Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain. It's very helpful. If you get that and follow the exercises, you'll get so much better at drawing. Don't compete against your friend, though. Save your old drawings and compete against yourself. Draw everyday and you'll see over time how much better you've become. read more

I train with a 30 year-old guy so 25 isn't too late to start, you've still got a good 20 years of wrestling in you (providing you're relatively fit and don't get badly injured). read more
