Microscopic animals live in the vegetables we eat and the water we drink; it's impossible to avoid all of them. If by "vegan" you mean someone who never consumes any animal material, then yes, it's impossible to be a vegan. I don't think this anyone believes this is a reasonable definition of vegan though. read more
