Is jamaica a 3rd world country?

Jamaica is a third world country. If for no other reason than they get wiped out everytime a hurricaine comes through and needs the rest of the world to rebuild their country. I suppose the level of self-sufficiency is what makes one country third-world and another not. Look at Mexico. read more
