Is living in Luanda, Angola safe?

Most of Luanda's English international schools are in this area and with the traffic a real issue and commuting times to consider, living as close as possible to good schools is a must. Safety outside of Luanda remains a concern and travel outside of the city should be undertaken with caution. read more
