I enjoyed Mammoth Caves very much. And I carried a 3 year old kid on a backpack for an entire tour. My favorite tour, by far, was the lantern tour. read more
This Park is a section of Mammoth Cave, which, at over 400 miles in length (10 of which are open to the public), is the biggest known cave in the world. Above ground, the park offers hiking, biking, canoeing and horseback riding through the rolling green Kentucky countryside. Rangers offer adventurous tours by candlelight or flashlight. read more
The drive into Mammoth from the main roads in the park is beautiful. The Mammoth area is located very close to the north entrance of the park. Meaning they are quite bit away from the other attractions in Yellowstone like Old Faithful or the Lake Hotel but they are definitely worth the drive when visiting Yellowstone. read more
