Chicago's the most common theory I've seen put forward. However, since the Titans are in New York City, I'm going to go with Gotham=Baltimore (or maybe Detroit) and Metropolis=Chicago. If one of these needs to be New York, I'm going to go with Gotham (since that's a nickname of New York City). read more
