I don’t know the game but Soviet metros, not just Moscows, were designed from the 1930s onward to serve as shelters in case of war. Today Moscow’s metro can house several million people for a short time in case of nuclear war. There are sealed areas with food stocks, water, fuel, medication, etc. read more
