Is MSU better than UofM?

UofM’s program is not nearly as expansive, giving them three losses in the trifecta of college sports. Aesthetics. Colors: Green and white are far more attractive than maize and blue could ever try to be. MSU’s colors flatter everyone and are just better over all. read more

There are certainly some programs where MSU is better than U of M. Overall, the University of Michigan has a much stronger reputation. Although Michigan State was one of the first and better-known land grant colleges, the University of Michigan was one of the first public universities and has a reputation just under that of the Ivy League schools. read more

MSU is a lot more than just an agricultural school and it happens to offer certain opportunities than UofM can't really compare to (likewise, Michigan has excellent programs that MSU doesn't have as well ie architecture). read more
