Camden was worse than Philadelphia but has reportedly been rehabilitated in the last few years with the firing and hiring of a new police force. North Philadelphia, in certain pockets (like Fourth and Diamond,) are beyond redemption. So yes, North Philadelphia is at least as dangerous as Camden. read more
