The dictionary defines 'shahid/shaheed' as 'martyr'. martyr. ˈmɑːtə/ noun. a person who is killed because of their religious or other beliefs. If I remember correctly, he was the one who put hundreds of innocents to death because of his beliefs. That's how you define a 'terrorist', not 'martyr'. read more
